Updates will continue to be slow, alas.

Ironically, a lack of job seems to be worse for my creative flow than having one.

At any rate, Chapter 6 of Legacy is up, as well as an Illegal Operation regarding something that’s been on my mind of late.

Welcome… to a world of modern fantasy.

The world of The SpaceTime Chronicles is very much like our own, but with certain unique aspects. Such as the prevalence of magic. Of course, while magic exists in this alternate version of Earth, it's not widely acknowledged as such. Much of the magic in this world is generally explained away as a trick of the mind. As an illusion. Or as very advanced technology.

Still, there are those who know the truth: other worlds exist beyond the one we see. And it is possible to travel amongst these worlds, if one is born with a gift. The two gifts are known, rather poetically, as the Emerald Flame and the Amethyst Spark. Those who have the former are called “striders,” and they can bend space to their will. Those with the latter are named “chronomancers,” and they control the flow of time itself. No single individual has both gifts.

Well, that's not entirely true. There is one person… Only one born to each generation, throughout all the worlds in existence, with the ability to control both time and space.

That person is known as the Strider of Chronos.

And you're about to meet him.
